Walnut Coffee Cream dessert

Delicately crafted layers of delicate egg white dough, infused with a rich coffee cream filling, expertly sliced and then meticulously coated with a layer of decadent chocolate.
The optimal texture is achieved when the body of the pastry and the cream filling are perfectly fused, resulting in a melt-in-your-mouth sensation that can only be described as sublime.
Ingredients:
- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour + 3 spoons for the filling
- 1/2 cup ground walnuts
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 3 spoons of powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup of strong black coffee
- chocolate topping
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 392°F.
- Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff; gradually add the powdered sugar.
- Sprinkle the nuts mixed with the flour into the snow and mix very lightly with a wooden spoon.
- Spread the dough evenly on the baking paper.
- Place in the oven and immediately reduce the temperature to 338°F.
- Bake for about 15 minutes. The dough must not darken too much.
- Immediately after baking, invert the body into another tray or onto baking paper and let it cool.
- Divide the cooled sheet into three equal pieces.
- Connect them with the cream and layer them on top of each other.
- Cut into even rectangles and dip one or both edges in chocolate.
