Wallnut Carrot rolls

Discover the delightful taste of carrot rolls with nut filling and awaken your senses to a world of culinary possibilities.
Ingredients:
- Approximately 2 cups of peeled and grated carrots.
- 2 cups Margarine
- 1 kg semi-coarse flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powders
- 2 1/2 cups ground nuts
- 10 spoons of granulated sugar
- 1 package vanilla sugar
- 1/2 cup of milk
Method:
- Make a smooth dough from carrots, Margarine, flour and baking powder.
- Prepare a filling from nuts, sugar, vanilla sugar and milk.
- Divide the dough in half. Roll out on a pancake.
- Divide the pancake into squares.
- Now fill the squares with the filling and roll up.
- Place on a tray lined with baking paper and place in the oven.
- Bake at 410°F for about 10 minutes.
