Spicy Salami Spread

A slightly hot base, soft salami, pickles, and onions always taste great. If you like sharp flavors, add a little chili, mix full-fat mustard with spicy brown mustard, and mix sweet ketchup or replace it with a hot one.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup soft salami, grated
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 onion
- 2 pickles
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon full-fat mustard
- 1 tablespoon of sweet ketchup
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of Spicy brown mustard
- 1 teaspoon of hot ketchup
- salt, black pepper, and chili to taste
Method:
- First, boil the oil, vinegar, mustard, ketchup, and sugar in a pot on the stove until smooth.
- Leave to cool.
- Using a fine grater, grate soft salami, pickles, and onions.
- Mix and add the cooled base and mayonnaise.
- Mix thoroughly, taste, and add salt, pepper, and chili spices if necessary.
- Put it in the fridge for an hour.
