Spicy Carp Fish Fingers

Ingredients
- 1 pack of spicy spices
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 car, cut into large fish fingers
- oil
Method
- Mix the spices with the flour and a little salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Place the beaten eggs and breadcrumbs in two separate bowls.
- Coat the fish in the seasoned flour, then in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs.
- Pour enough oil into a large pan to cover the bottom. Heat the oil to a medium-high temperature, then fry the carp fries until golden (approx. 3 minutes).
