Spicy Carp Fish Fingers

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of spicy spices
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 car, cut into large fish fingers
  • oil

Method

  • Mix the spices with the flour and a little salt and pepper in a bowl.
  • Place the beaten eggs and breadcrumbs in two separate bowls.
  • Coat the fish in the seasoned flour, then in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs.
  • Pour enough oil into a large pan to cover the bottom. Heat the oil to a medium-high temperature, then fry the carp fries until golden (approx. 3 minutes).
