Oatmeal is not only suitable for breakfast porridge. Even during the Christmas season, they should get the word out if you don’t want to throw away your year-long efforts to get a nice figure.
What will you need for the Linnaeus cookies?
- 125 g oat flakes
- 100 g whole wheat flour
- 85 g vegetable fat
- 85 g cane sugar
- water as needed
How do you make oatmeal cookies?
- Grind the oatmeal into flour in a blender and mix it with wholemeal flour. Add the softened vegetable fat.
- Bring some water with cane sugar to a boil in a saucepan and boil.
- Pour the mixture into the flour and fat.
- Work the dough thoroughly. It will be quite thin, so put it in the fridge to harden.
- Roll out the hardened dough, use wholemeal flour for flouring.
- You can cut out classic shapes from the Line dough, but you can also use atypical cutters.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for approximately 7 minutes.
