Healthy apricot balls with oatmeal

If you keep a healthy weight during the holidays and don’t like to avoid weighing yourself, we have prepared a recipe for Christmas apricot balls in a healthy spirit.
Ingredients:
- 10 apricots (fresh or use dried and let them swell in water, as in the previous recipe)
- 1 cuppitted dates
- 1/2 cup grated coconut
- 1/2 cup peeled almonds
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- for coating – coconut, crushed nuts, cocoa – to taste
Method:
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Remove the dough with a spoon.
- Form small balls, ideally the same size.
- For variety, divide the balls into three parts and wrap each in something different – coconut, cocoa, or nuts.
- Store the balls in a box and store them in the refrigerator.
