Healthy apricot balls with oatmeal

If you keep a healthy weight during the holidays and don’t like to avoid weighing yourself, we have prepared a recipe for Christmas apricot balls in a healthy spirit.

Ingredients:

  • 10 apricots (fresh or use dried and let them swell in water, as in the previous recipe)
  • 1 cuppitted dates
  • 1/2 cup grated coconut
  • 1/2 cup peeled almonds
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • for coating – coconut, crushed nuts, cocoa – to taste

Method:

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Remove the dough with a spoon.
  • Form small balls, ideally the same size.
  • For variety, divide the balls into three parts and wrap each in something different – coconut, cocoa, or nuts.
  • Store the balls in a box and store them in the refrigerator.
