7. 10. 2025

Full of marzipan and chocolate, this recipe just can’t help but taste good!

Follow the simple steps, and you’ll be done in no time!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1/4 cup of milk chocolate
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa (ideally Dutch type)
  • 1/2 cup of marzipan mass

Method

  • Sift plain flour with cocoa into a bowl, add grated chocolate (both types), marzipan, and softened butter, and process everything into a smooth dough.
  • Wrap the dough in cling film and leave to rest in the fridge for 30-45 minutes.
  • Line a tray with baking paper and preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Put the dough on a roll, roll out a sheet 0.1 inches thick, and then cut out the shapes you like (e.g., stars, bells, etc.).
  • Transfer the cutout cookies to a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes. You can leave the baked cookies as they are, or lightly sugar them, or cover them in chocolate coating.
  • Another option is to glue the individual shapes together with jam.
