Cinnamon topping

Raw materials:

  • 1 1/2 cups of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of melted butter or 100% fat
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of water

How to do it:

  • Sieve the icing sugar into a bowl and add water and hot fat.
  • Start whisking and stir in half a teaspoon of cinnamon when the frosting starts to thicken.
  • The topping must be consumed immediately.
Christmas cinnamon frosting for cookies.
