Celery spread with apple

Canapés made with celery spread and apple are the perfect choice as they contain calcium and a lot of vitamin B2.

What you will need:
- 2 pinches of ground curry
- approx. 1/2 cup of processed cheese
- 1 tablespoon of buttermilk
- 1 celery
- 1 small apple
- salt
- pepper
Method:
- Mix the curry with two tablespoons of warm water.
- Next, mix in the cream cheese until you have a creamy consistency.
- Rinse the celery. Finely chop it and chop the leaves. Set one tablespoon of celery aside.
- Now wash the apple, dry it, and quarter it to get rid of the core conveniently. Chop finely.
- Mix the cream mixture with the apple and celery.
- Add 1-2 tablespoons of water if the spread is too thick.
- Blend until you reach a creamy consistency.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread on bread canapés or crackers and garnish with the remaining celery.
