Almond cream or filling

Unlock the potential of almonds by crafting a luscious cream to embellish a variety of delectable treats or to use as a delightful filling for beehive cookies.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of peeled almonds
  • 3/4 cup of softened butter
  • 3/4 cup of milk
  • 1/3 cup of granulated sugar
  • vanilla sugar

Method:

  1. Blend the skinless almonds as finely as possible.
  2. Add the other loose ingredients to this newly created powder in the bowl.
  3. Add soft butter and milk and whip a stiff cream.
  4. Let it rest in the fridge for about 2 hours.
  5. After that, you can use this cream/filling as you please. You can use it as a filling, or if the cream is stiff enough, you can also use it as a spread for cookies gluing together.
