Vanilla Cream

The Vanilla-flavored cream is usually found in the yolk cream rings, but it goes perfectly with Christmas cakes. This cream is perfect as the filling for tubes or shells.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups milk
• 2 bags of vanilla pudding
• 1 cup butter
• 2 packs of vanilla sugar
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Method:

• Mix the milk, custard, and vanilla custard, cook the thick custard, and let it cool completely.
• Beat the softened butter at room temperature with the icing sugar, add the cooled pudding spoonfuls, and beat.
• Once you have used up all the custard, whisk thoroughly again and are ready.
