Cream
- 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Cream Fix (for the cream stabilization)
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- hazelnuts
Method
- Mix nuts, powdered sugar, and crushed cookies in a bowl, add eggs and cocoa, and mix everything by hand.
- Form a ball, place it between two pieces of cling film, and roll it into a sheet about 0.1 inch thick.
- Place a tube on top of the dough, measure the dough you will be rolling, and cut it out.
- Place each mold and allow to dry overnight at room temperature.
- It is best to make the tubes in the evening, dip them in chocolate in the morning, wait for the chocolate to harden, and then fill them with cream.
- You can make the cream simply by whipping cream with sugar and Cream Fix.
- Store in the refrigerator or pantry where it is cool.
