Spinach Tortilla canapés

Spinach tortilla canapés are a perfect combination of health and taste. They are easy to make and require minimal preparation.

These canapés are not only delicious but also packed with nutrients, making them a great addition to your party menu.

Ingredients:

  • 21.16 ounces of frozen spinach (26.45 ounces of fresh)
  • 2 large onions
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • salt
  • freshly ground peppers
  • 4 tablespoons of pine nuts
  • 8 eggs

How to do it:

  1. Thaw the spinach. Rinse the fresh spinach with water and tear off the stems.
  2. Peel the onion and chop it finely.
  3. Melt the butter in a large saucepan and sauté the onion until soft.
  4. Peel and chop the garlic.
  5. Add the garlic and spinach to the onion in the pot and stir to combine.
  6. Add salt or pepper to taste.
  7. Now take a pan and put 2 tbsp of oil on it.
  8. Toast half the pine nuts in a pan until golden.
  9. Beat half of the eggs and mix with half of the spinach mixture.
  10. Add to the pan and make a tortilla over low heat.
  11. Remove the finished tortilla from one side to a plate and turn it back to the pan to toast the other side.
  12. Turn it out onto a plate.
  13. Prepare the second tortilla from the other half of the ingredients similarly.
  14. Cut the finished tortilla into any shape you like. You can serve it warm or cold.
