Spicy celery – apple spread

Enjoy the recipe for spicy apple celery spread like never before.

Ingredients

• a teaspoon of curry powder
• 1 1/2 cup processed cheese
• a spoonful of buttermilk
• 2 stalks of celery
• 1/2 small apple
• pinch of salt
• a pinch of paprika

Method

• Mix the curry with 2 tablespoons of warm water. Mix in the cream cheese and mix until the mixture is creamy.
• Finely chop the celery.
• Finely chop the apple.
• Mix cream curry cheese with apple, and diced celery.
• If the celery spread is too thick, add 1-2 tablespoons of water and stir until creamy.
• Season with salt and pepper.
