Canapés with sausage are simple to make and will satisfy everyone. This recipe yields 30 canapés, so adjust the amount of ingredients based on the size of the gathering you are preparing for.

Ingredients:

• baguette
• 4 pickles
• fine salami
• 1 hard sausage
• sliced cheese
• 15 black olives
• any spread (butter, cheese)

Instructions:

1. Slice the baguette, pickles, and sausage into rounds, cheese, and ham into squares, and cut the olives in half.
2. Spread the spread on the rolls. Top them with a slice of ham, sausage, cheese, a round of pickled cucumber, and half an olive at the end. Use a toothpick to hold it together.
