Ingredients

• 4 pcs of potatoes
• 1/2 cup whipping cream
• 3 tablespoons of sour cream
• salt
• black pepper
• 1 onion
• 4 slices of bread
• chives for sprinkling

Method

• Rinse the potatoes, boil until soft, drain, peel, and grate coarsely.
• Mix the whipping cream and sour cream with the potatoes. Salt and pepper the mixture.
• Shortly before serving, peel and finely chop the onion and stir into the mix, then season to taste.
• Spread on bread and serve garnished with chives.
