Simple carp soup

Carp soup for Christmas will make the whole house smell good.
Who loves this fragrance?
The buttery aroma of the toasted bun must also come with it. And the magic is on the table.
Ingredients:
- 2 carp heads (skeleton, remains)
- 5 bay leaves
- ½ teaspoon whole black pepper
- ½ teaspoon allspice
- vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1/2 cup of root vegetables chopped to small cubes
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 tablespoon plain flour
- salt
- 10 cups of water
Method:
- Put carp’s washed remains in a pot with spices, salt, vinegar and water and bring to a boil.
- Meanwhile, grate the root vegetables on a grater.
- After 25 minutes, strain the broth.
- We make a light broth from butter and flour, which we then cover with broth.
- Add grated vegetables to the broth and cook for another 25 minutes.
- Finally, add fish pieces (if we have any) to the soup.
- Served with a toasted roll.
