Sausage Rolls with cheese Dip

If you have ever tried making a specific recipe, you probably know just how quickly it disappears from the table.
The recipe is so delicious that it could potentially break a world record for how fast it’s consumed! However, this year, we suggest trying something new. Instead of just making the recipe, consider preparing it with a divine cheese dip.
The cheese dip will add a new depth of flavor to the dish, making it even more irresistible than it already is. We guarantee that once you try this new variation, the speed at which it gets eaten will be doubled!

Ingredients:
- 14 oz sausages cut into smaller, even pieces
- 14 oz puff pastry
- 3.5 oz of cheddar cheese
- ¾ cup milk
- 1 tablespoon of French mustard
- butter
- salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Grease a cake tin (diameter approx. 8 inches) with butter,
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into rectangles, in which the sausages can be wrapped exactly, the tip can be puffed.
- Place the wrapped sausages in a form standing up, leaving a small space around them, they will “grow” more during baking.
- Brush the top with a bit of butter.
- Cover with aluminum foil or baking paper, bake at 350 °F for 15 min.
- After this time, uncover and let it bake for approx. 5 minutes until golden.
Cheese Dip:
- Prepare the butter soup – fry the flour in the butter until golden.
- Add milk and mix well.
- Let it cook for 5 minutes, salt and pepper.
- Stir in the cheese and mustard, let everything melt, and combine them into a smooth dip.
