  • 1/2 cup of whipping cream
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 Tbsp butter

  • salt to taste


  1. Wash, peel, and dice the potatoes.
  2. Then, boil them in a pot of water until soft.
  3. Drain the cooked potatoes and leave to cool in a bowl.

  • 1/2 cup of hard salami cut into slices
  • 1/2 cup of Philadelphia butter or cream cheese

  1. Using a food processor, chop the salami slices into small pieces.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and add the butter/cream cheese.

  • 1 small celery
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup of frozen leaf spinach
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 cup of Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1/2 cup of Camembert cheese (or similar type)
  • 1/2 cup of mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup of grated parmesan
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 392°F.
  2. Peel the celery and cut it into pieces.
