Peanut balls with oatmeal and seeds

Try these no-bake peanut balls if you want a healthy Christmas cookie.

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 and 1/2 tbsp honey

Method:

  1. In a large bowl, mix the oatmeal and flaxseed.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, combine the peanut butter and honey.
  3. Allow the mixture to cool.
  4. Then, add it to the bowl together with the chocolate chips.
  5. Mix thoroughly until everything is combined.
  6. Cover with cling film and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Then, grease your palms with oil and shape the dough into balls approximately 1-2 inches in size.
