Don’t be afraid to experiment. You can replace walnuts with hazelnuts or almonds, and the cookies will be even softer.
Ingredients:
Dough
- 1 1/2 cup ground walnuts
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
Cream and frosting
- 1 cup of whipped cream
- 1 cup of butter
- 1/2 cup of baking chocolate
Method:
- Put the sugar and eggs in a bowl and beat until foamy.
- Stir in the ground walnuts.
- Line a baking sheet with baking paper and create the rolls on it.
- Place the sheet in a preheated oven to 248°F and dry the form for about 35 minutes.
- You can decorate the cooled rolls immediately, but if necessary, you can do so a few days later.
- You can prepare the cream simply by mixing the chocolate in warm whipping cream and refrigerating it overnight.
- Keep a piece of chocolate for the frosting.
- Mix the softened butter into the chocolate cream the next day and whip it into a cream.
- Fill the decoration with the resulting cream and decorate the crescents.
- Melt a piece of the remaining chocolate and butter to prepare a glaze to dip the rolls in at the end.

The best recipe for chocolate cookies must include extra doses of chocolate. These soft-baked, thick, and chunky cookies are as indulgent as they look: rich and fudge-like with chewy centers, slightly crisp edges, and melty chocolate chips in each glorious bite.
