No-bake lemon cookies

If you are a fan of sweet and creamy taste at the same time, this recipe is written just for you!

The advantage of this delicacy is that it can be decorated with any sprinkles and served outside of Christmas, for example, at birthday parties.

Ingredients

3/4 cup lemon frosting
60 pieces of Ritz Crackers
24 ounces white candy coating, melted
Nonpareils, jimmies or sprinkles (optional)

Method

Spread frosting on the bottoms of half of the crackers; cover with remaining crackers.
Dip sandwiches in melted candy coating; allow excess to drip off.
Place on waxed paper; decorate as desired.
Let stand until set. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
