New Year’s Eve celery spread

Tasty, healthy, and nutritious—these adjectives can describe this delicious spread, which can easily become part of your New Year’s Eve snack.
Ingredients
- 1 small celery
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts
- 1 cup of frozen leaf spinach
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 cup of Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 1/2 cup of Camembert cheese (or similar type)
- 1/2 cup of mozzarella
- 1/4 cup of grated parmesan
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Preheat the oven to 392°F.
- Peel the celery and cut it into pieces.
- Put it on a baking sheet covered with baking paper, drizzle with olive oil, lightly salt and pepper.
- Mix and spread the chopped celery evenly on the baking sheet.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes until the celery begins to brown.
- Place the baked celery with the other ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on low for approximately 2 hours until the cheese is completely melted.
This delicious sandwich spread tastes slightly warm, so keep it in the pot until ready to serve.
