Milk powder marzipan

You can use marzipan as a coating material or as a sculpting material for little animals or other characters.

If you don’t have almonds on hand, try the version with dried semi-skimmed milk.

INGREDIENTS

• 1 1/2 cups of dried semi-skimmed milk
• 1 1/2 cups of powdered sugar
• 4 spoons of honey
• almond extract (optional)
• 6 tablespoons of water
• 4 tablespoons of oil

METHOD

• Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a wooden spoon until everything is combined.
• Then we knead everything with our hands, wrap it in foil, and put it in the fridge to cool.
