Matcha Coconut Christmas Bites

Enjoy these delicious Christmas balls, which are also vegan and gluten-free! Their preparation is incredibly easy and quick, and the result is so luxurious. Prepare them this year, too.

What you will need

  • 1/4 cup soft cashew butter, smooth
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 3/4 cup oat flour
  • 4 tablespoons of coconut flour
  • 1/2 tsp matcha powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut or more as needed (optional)

Method

  • Add the cashew butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the bowl.
  • Mix until smooth.
  • Add the almond flour, oat flour, coconut flour, matcha, and salt.
  • Mix until everything is combined.
  • Shape the dough into 12 balls.
  • Roll each ball in shredded coconut.
  • Enjoy it!
