Homemade Marzipan

First, let’s make a simple marzipan. We can make it with just three ingredients.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup of almond flour
- 1/4 cup of powdered sugar (or erythritol, stevia, or monk fruit for a sugar-free version)
- 3 tablespoons of water or flavor according to preference
- ¼-½ tsp almond extract (not necessary)
METHOD
- Put the almond flour and sugar in a blender and blend until a consistent mass is formed. Add the liquids and blend until smooth.
- Then, knead the marzipan in your hands for another 30 seconds.
- Let cool in the fridge, and then use as needed.
- The marzipan should last about 10 days.
