Healthy gingerbread

Enjoy delicious Christmas gingerbread cookies that do not contain refined sugar!
Ingredients
- 400 g spelled flour
- 200 g of honey
- 60 g of high-quality butter
- 2 eggs
- ½ teaspoon of soda
- 1 tablespoon of gingerbread spice
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a tray with baking paper.
- Sift the flour through a sieve and add softened butter, honey, eggs, soda and spices.
- Whip a stiff dough and put it in the fridge for 12 hours.
- Once the dough is ready, take it out of the fridge and let it rest, at room temperature, for at least 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough to a thick plate of about 3-4 millimeters and cut out the shapes as you like.
- Put the candy on a baking sheet and bake at 180 °C until the gingerbreads smell nice.
- Store, preferably in a paper box, in a cool place.
