Hazelnut Vanilla Crescents

You don’t necessarily have the crescents with chocolate. Instead, try rolling them in powdered sugar and vanilla, and you’ll be surprised how good they are.
So let’s do it!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup hazelnuts
- 2 cups butter
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
For wrapping:
- icing sugar
- vanilla sugar
Method:
- Sift the flour into a bowl, add the icing sugar and finely grated nuts, and mix.
- Add the chopped butter on top and knead the dough.
- Leave to rest in the cold.
- We make rolls from the dough.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake until pink in a heated oven.
- After baking, roll the still-hot rolls in powdered and vanilla sugar mixture.
- Place the wrapped rolls side by side on a baking sheet to cool.
- Enjoy your meal!
