Hazelnut Sticks

If you prefer not to shape the dough into crescents, you can simply make sticks instead. This is easier and results in the same taste!
Ingredients:
Dough
- 1 cup ground hazelnuts
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
Cream
- 1 cup of whipping cream
- 1 cup dark chocolate
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup of cocoa powder
Glaze
- 1 cup of cooking chocolate
- 1/2 cup of butter
Method:
- Beat the eggs with the icing sugar until foamy.
- Add ground hazelnuts and mix.
- Line the tray with baking paper.
- Using a cookie cutter, spray the bars.
- Place in an oven preheated to 302°F and bake for approximately 20 minutes.
- While the bars are cooling, make the chocolate whipped cream.
- Boil the whipping cream with sugar and dark chocolate in a saucepan.
- Allow to cool, and then whisk together with the softened butter.
- Spray the cream on the sticks with a pastry bag and let it cool in the fridge.
- At the end, decorate the Parisian bar with a coating made from cooking chocolate and butter.
