Gluten-free Vegan No Bake Christmas Almond Balls

No-bake Almond Balls are a scrumptious holiday dessert made with only 5 ingredients! Gluten-free, grain-free, vegetarian, and vegan. Plus, they’re incredibly easy to make and look beautiful!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/2 cup dairy free white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoons sugar free sprinkles
Method
- Add the almond butter, coconut flour, and maple syrup to a large bowl.
- Mix well until everything is combined.
- Scoop out the batter and roll it into balls with your hands to form 1-inch thick balls.
- Spread on a tray lined with baking paper.
- Place in the freezer.
- Heat the white chocolate chips in a bowl for just under a minute.
- Stir with a spoon to remove any clumps.
- Take almond balls out of the freezer.
- Use a fork to dip each one into the melted chocolate, spreading evenly.
- Put the chocolate balls back on the baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Finally, sprinkle with confectionery sprinkles as desired.
- Place back in the freezer for at least 15 minutes.
- Enjoy it!
