Gluten-free Vegan No Bake Christmas Almond Balls

No-bake Almond Balls are a scrumptious holiday dessert made with only 5 ingredients! Gluten-free, grain-free, vegetarian, and vegan. Plus, they’re incredibly easy to make and look beautiful!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup dairy free white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoons sugar free sprinkles

Method

  • Add the almond butter, coconut flour, and maple syrup to a large bowl.
  • Mix well until everything is combined.
  • Scoop out the batter and roll it into balls with your hands to form 1-inch thick balls.
  • Spread on a tray lined with baking paper.
  • Place in the freezer.
  • Heat the white chocolate chips in a bowl for just under a minute.
  • Stir with a spoon to remove any clumps.
  • Take almond balls out of the freezer.
  • Use a fork to dip each one into the melted chocolate, spreading evenly.
  • Put the chocolate balls back on the baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  • Finally, sprinkle with confectionery sprinkles as desired.
  • Place back in the freezer for at least 15 minutes.
  • Enjoy it!
