Fish fillet soup

If you would like to treat yourself to Christmas fish soup but you do not have the opportunity to have carp, you can try fillet soup. It is simple and satisfying in terms of taste.
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 medium-sized onions
- parsley
- 2 medium-sized carrots
- a piece of celery
- 4 tablespoons plain flour
- ½ teaspoon mace
- ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
- 2 cups of fish fillet
- 10 cups of vegetable broth
- salt
Method:
- Dice the onion, carrot, celery, and parsley.
- Fry the onion in butter, add carrots, parsley, and celery, and fry for about 5 minutes.
- Then dust with flour, sauté for a while, pour over the broth, salt, and pepper, and cook for about 20 minutes.
- When the vegetables are soft, add the fillet cut into pieces.
- Cook for about 10 minutes until softened, then season with nutmeg.
