Recipes for delicious creams

White chocolate coffee cream

You will need:

  • 1 bag of vanilla pudding
  • 1 teaspoon of granulated coffee
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 1/4 cup of white chocolate
  • 1 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1 1/2 cup of milk

Preparation process:

  • Pour the milk into a saucepan, sprinkle in the sugar and start heating it slowly, stirring constantly.
  • Mix the custard powder with a little milk in a bowl and as the milk comes to a boil, pour the custard mixture into it and stir until a thick custard forms.
  • Let the finished pudding cool down for a while.
  • While the pudding is still warm, whisk the chocolate cubes.
  • Allow the resulting mixture to cool completely.
  • Once the pudding is cold, whisk in the butter a little at a time – the butter must be at room temperature.
  • Finally, put the finished cream in the fridge to harden.

Cream with cognac

You will need:

  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1/2 cup of whipping cream
  • 1 cup of white chocolate
  • 3 spoons of egg cognac

Preparation process:

  • Break the chocolate into pieces and place in a pot or bowl.
  • Prepare a water bath under the container containing the chocolate.
  • Melt the chocolate completely by stirring and heating.
  • As soon as the chocolate is liquid, set it aside and if it is hot, let it cool for a little while.
  • Then whisk in the cognac, cream and butter in parts.
  • Beat until the mass is completely smooth.
  • Store the finished cream in the refrigerator.

Peanut cream

You will need:

  • 1/2 cup shelled unsalted peanuts
  • 1/4 cup of white chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon of oil

Preparation process:

  • First, heat up a pan and gently roast the peanuts in it.
  • Place the roasted peanuts in a blender together with one tablespoon of oil and blend to a paste.
  • Prepare a water bath and melt the white chocolate in it.
  • Once the chocolate is liquid, stir in the peanut paste and mix into a smooth cream.
  • Store in the refrigerator.
