Egg Spread Bread Rolls with Bacon

Decorate a simple egg spread with bacon and create a perfect snack not only for the Christmas holidays.

Ingredients

3 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon chopped fresh herbs (such as dill, chives, or tarragon)
1 teaspoon chili sauce
a pinch of ground pepper
2 slices cooked bacon (chopped)
lid

Method

Chop the hard-boiled eggs.
In a small bowl, mix the eggs, and mayonnaise with Dijon mustard, herbs, sauce, and pepper.
Add an egg spread, a piece of bacon to a slice of veka and garnish with fresh herbs.
