Drunken Apricot Balls

Apricots and a little alcohol that’s the heart of this recipe, which not only you but everyone who arrives for an Advent visit will be in awe of.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups dried apricots
- plum brandy (according to taste and courage)
- 1/2 cup ground coconut
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 1/4 cup cane sugar
- coconut for coating
Method:
- Finely chop the apricots.
- Cover with plum juice for several hours, ideally overnight.
- Rub the butter and sugar and mix in the ground coconut.
- Add the apricots last.
- Mix the dough from which you shape the balls.
- Wrap the finished balls in coconut and place them in a basket or leave them natural.
