Crispy Christmas appetizer with salmon

Salmon is a famous fish that has already made its way to the holiday table for some people. Do you love fish or, on the contrary, don’t treat yourself to any for Christmas dinner? Then, it’s worth trying this recipe for a crispy Christmas appetizer.

Ingredients:

• 1 pack of salty wafers
• 1 package of smoked salmon
• 1/2 cup of fresh cream cheese/cottage cheese
• 3 tablespoons sour cream
• chives for garnish
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• salt and pepper to taste

Method:

• Prepare the cream. Beat cream cheese and sour cream into a smooth mixture. Season with a teaspoon of lemon juice, salt, and pepper toward the end.
• Stuff the finished cream into a pastry bag and decorate the cookies.
• Place pieces of salmon on top of the cream and garnish with a piece of chives.
