Creamy celery cheese spread

An easy-to-make celery spread that is perfect for snacks, appetizers, or even sandwiches for small holiday treats.

Ingredients

1/2 cup stalk celery
1 1/2 cup bacon (cut into small cubes)
1 1/2 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup grated cheddar
1 tablespoon of dried onion
2 spring onions (thinly sliced)

Method

Finely blend the celeriac in a food processor.
Fry the bacon until crispy, about 15 minutes.
Place cream cheese, bacon, cheddar, dried onion, and scallions in a medium bowl.
Mix until the ingredients are combined.
Refrigerate until you spread the spread on the sandwiches.
