Coconut Rum Balls

Coconut rum balls are a simple and delicious bite-sized treat that’s perfect for the holidays. They require only a few ingredients to make!
It’s important to note that you can taste the alcohol in this recipe. While it’s possible to feel a bit tipsy or even get drunk from eating a large amount of rum balls, it’s unlikely unless you consume a lot of them.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cup of Nilla Vanilla Wafers
- 1 cup pecans or walnuts
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- ½ cup coconut
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa
- 5 tablespoons of rum
- 2 spoons of honey
- ½ teaspoon of salt
For wrapping:
- coconut
METHOD
- Grind cookies and nuts.
- Sieve the sugar, and add salt, cocoa, coconut, rum, and honey.
- Knead everything thoroughly and put it in the fridge for at least half an hour.
- Then, form balls and wrap them in coconut.
