Christmas Mozart balls

This is a marzipan version of the recipe for Mozart balls with nougat. For variation, almond marzipan can be replaced with pistachio marzipan.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of marzipan
  • 1 teaspoon of cognac
  • 3 tbsp of nougat

To finish:

  • chocolate for cooking

METHOD

  • Add cognac to the marzipan and knead.
  • Then, divide the marzipan into 15 equal balls, which we flatten.
  • Divide also the nougat into 15 pieces.
  • We then wrap each piece in marzipan and shape it into a ball.
  • We then wrap each ball in chocolate.
