Christmas Balls in 4 variants: Cranberry, Pistachio, Coconut&Salted Caramel

This recipe is the absolute bomb! One basic dough and four luxurious flavors. Making Christmas cookies couldn’t be easier. In addition, it is healthy, gives energy, and looks beautiful.
Ingredients
For balls:
- 1 1/2 cashew nuts (soaked for several hours in water)
- 1 cup Medjool dates
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
- a pinch of Himalayan pink salt
To taste:
- 2 tablespoons dried cranberries, chopped
- ½ organic orange zest, finely grated
- 3 teaspoons of cranberry powder
- a pinch of grated nutmeg
- a pinch of ground cloves
- ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons pistachios, coarsely ground
- 2 tablespoon grated coconut (+ 2 teaspoons for dipping)
- 2 teaspoons of cocoa
- ½ teaspoon maca powder
- a pinch of Himalayan pink salt
- 3 tablespoons quality chocolate with salted caramel flavor
Method
- Wash and drain the nuts.
- Place them with the other ingredients for the balls in a blender or food processor and blend until you have a smooth paste.
- Divide the mixture into four bowls.
- Add chopped dried cranberries and orange peel to a bowl.
- Roll the mixture into balls and coat them in cranberry powder.
- Stir the spices into the mixture in the other bowl.
- Roll again into balls and cover them with ground pistachios.
- Mix the desiccated coconut into the third bowl.
- Roll out the balls and wrap them in more coconut.
- Add cocoa and maca powder to the last bowl.
- Shape into balls and cover with grated chocolate.
- Store in a cool place and use within a week.
