Chocolate Rum Filling

Cupcakes filled with chocolate cream and a rum drop are essential to Christmas. Taste it yourself! And if you don’t have enough chocolate, you can prepare our best chocolate brownies.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chocolate
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons of rum
- orange peel (grated)
Method
- Break the chocolate into small pieces.
- Carefully heat the 1/2 cup cream and orange peel in a saucepan until the chocolate melts.
- Stir the mixture until smooth.
- Whip the rest of the cream until stiff.
- Slowly mix the icing sugar, rum, and chocolate into the whipped cream.
- Cover the cream with cling film and put it in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
