Chocolate Crescent Rolls springled with Coconut

The mixture of coconut, vanilla, and chocolate is irresistible. Try it this year in this delicious form!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups plain flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup finely shredded coconut + 1/4 cup for sprinkling
- 1 cup of butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp cocoa
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt

Method:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Beat the butter, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl until creamy.
- Mix the plain and coconut flour, cornstarch, cocoa, and salt in another bowl.
- Add half a cup of shredded coconut to the butter mixture.
- Mix with a mixer until the mixture is well combined.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture until just combined.
- Store the prepared dough in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
- Preheat the oven to 340°F and line a tray with baking paper.
- Shape the dough into rolls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes until golden.
- Take out the baked Christmas cookies and, after cooling, lightly coat them with chocolate glaze and sprinkle with grated coconut.
