Chocolate Cream

It’s a versatile ingredient that can be used for various baked goods. For instance, it can be used to sandwich coconut or coffee cookies, but it also works well for Linzer cookies.

Additionally, it’s an excellent option for making last-minute cupcakes on Christmas Day.


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp plain flour
  • 4 tbsp grated chocolate
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 cup milk

  • Pour the milk into a saucepan, stir in the flour, and boil over low heat.
  • Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until thickened. Set aside, stir occasionally, and let cool.
  • Put the softened butter in a bowl, sprinkle powdered sugar and vanilla, add the egg yolk, and whisk together into a foam.
  • Gradually stir in the cooled porridge by spoonfuls.
  • Finally, throw in the grated chocolate and rub until the cream is completely smooth. If you want, you can use an electric beater.
