Celery sandwiches spread

These festive sandwiches with celery spread are not expensive or difficult to make, but they are simply delicious.

Ingredients

• Butter
• 1/2 cup creamy blue cheese (finely chopped)
• 1/2 cup celery (thinly sliced)
• 2 spring onions (thinly sliced)
• 1 1/2 cup cream cheese
• 1 large clove of garlic
• Extra virgin olive oil
• Lemon juice
• Salt
• A pinch of ground pepper

Method

• Butter each piece of the lid.
• In a small bowl, combine the celery and spring onion. Press the garlic into the celery mixture.
• Add cream cheese, crumbled blue cheese, lemon juice, and salt, and mix very well.
• Spread celery spread with blue cheese on sandwiches with butter.
