Caramel Frosting

What will you need?
- 2 egg whites
- 1 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 5 tablespoons of granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup of hot water
Method:
- Brush the egg whites with icing sugar and lemon juice.
- Pour the granulated sugar into a saucepan and cook caramel from it, then add water and bring to a boil; this will prevent lumps from forming in the caramel.
- Leave to cool, and then add the caramel to the egg-white mixture and mix. The caramel frosting is ready to use.
