Another recipe for Nut Crescents

Are you a fan of nut Christmas cookies? Here you will find another recipe for walnut crescents with chocolate whipped cream covered with chocolate. Try this variant, too – you won’t regret it!
Ingredients:
Dough
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 cup ground walnuts
- 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- pinch of salt
Cream
- 1 cup of butter
- 3/4 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 cup dark chocolate
- 1/4 cup of cocoa powder
- 1 egg
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
Glaze
- 3/4 cup of cooking chocolate
- 1/4 cup of coconut oil
Method:
- Thoroughly mix the nuts with the flour, sugar, salt, and egg in a bowl.
- Fill a pastry bag with the resulting mixture and make rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Place in an oven preheated to 320°F for approximately 20 minutes.
- Leave to cool, and prepare the cream in the meantime.
- Beat the yolks and eggs in a blender.
- Dissolve water and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- When the mixture thickens, pour it over the beaten eggs and carefully continue beating.
- Whip to a light foam.
- Add the butter cut into pieces, the melted chocolate, not hot, and the cocoa.
- Mix a smooth cream and fill the pastry bag with it.
- Decorate the baked crescent bases with cream and leave to harden in the refrigerator.
- In the meantime, melt the chocolate with coconut oil in a water bath.
