Yolk Frosting

Ingredients:
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
How to do it:
- Place the bowl in a hot water bath (temperature around 140°F).
- Pour half of the powdered sugar into it, add the egg yolks and vanilla sugar, and beat to a thick foam.
- Then remove from the bath, sprinkle the remaining sugar, and mix until the frosting is completely cool and smooth.
