White Chocolate Biscoff Cookie Balls

Easy balls made of Biscoff Cookies in white chocolate can be enjoyed as a sweet snack, or you can include them among your traditional Christmas cookies. Everyone will love them anyway.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Biscoff Cookies, crushed
- 1 cup soft cream cheese or mascarpone
- 2 cups white chocolate
- 3 tablespoons Lotus Biscoff spread
Method
- Crush the cookies into a fine crumb.
- Set aside 1 tablespoon of the crumbs.
- Add the soft cream cheese to the rest of the crumbs and mix until the mixture becomes a thick paste.
- Shape the dough into balls.
- Place the balls on a plate and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Once they are cool, melt the white chocolate.
- Melt the spread in another bowl.
- Carefully dip each ball into the white chocolate.
- Drizzle with a small amount of spread and sprinkle with crumbs.
