Vegetable Butter Carp

Worried about overeating again? Then we have a great, easy recipe for you, which is tasty, healthy, and after which you won’t be overstuffed.
Ingredients
- 1 piece gutted carp
- 1 piece of leek
- 1 piece of onion
- 1 carrot
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
Method
- Cut the onion into cubes, cut the leek into rounds, grate the carrot on a large grater, and fry the vegetables in butter.
- Rinse the fish, dry it, and cut it into the desired pieces. Then add salt and pepper.
- Brush the baking dish with olive oil and alternately place the fish pieces on top of the vegetables until all the ingredients are used.
- Place the carp pieces so that they overlap. Pour the broth over and place in the oven, preheated to 360°F. Bake for approximately 30 minutes.
